Im currently looking for one roomate in a 2 people roomate place from middle of december.

The flat has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and a nice covered terrace. All equipments and furnitures are in already but some more can be brought in if needed! We have internet with wifi. We can park motos in a night-locked yard. The location is ideal in a small quiet alley street 184 behind the royal palace, not far from riverside and norodom. Long term applicants are preferable

225 USD/ month not including bills (electricity, water, internet, cleaner). Bills and cleaner will be an additional USD 70-100/mth.
