Is it just me or is the "Luxury Apartment" sector already saturated?

I think what the property developers need to do is stop looking at Cambodia's very small and very over catered for wealthy classes and start really looking at the middle class. If someone started building no frills high rise apartments inside Phnom Penh with parking and reliable infrastructure and sensible price point they could make huge profits through fast sales. Instead they are all tripping over each other to try and get a slice of the very top of the market who are extremely fickle and very small in number.

Remember it is better to make $1 profit from 100 sales that it is to make $10 from 1.

Oh, embassy expense account. ie you and I, as taxpayers.
I thought they wanted to fight corruption, avoid contributing towards politically-awarded prime properties, etc. Not saying this one is, but most of BKK was handed out to party worthies.
