Hi all!

I am a 25 year old American who has been living in PNP for a little over three years and living with two friends in a flat just south of the Russian Market. One roommate will be moving out shortly and we are seeking a third roommate.

The room available is large and fully furnished with a double bed, AC, hot water, cable tv, and balcony overlooking the front yard/garden. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room and a sizeable kitchen - we have all kitchen fundamentals, inc. large fridge, blender, oven, stove, laundry machine, etc. We have a small puppy named Yoshi that runs around the front driveway and garden.

The apartment is a bit south of the Russian Market, about a 15-minute escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with a great local community - a pleasant, green place to walk around after work.

The rent for the apartment is $550 ($183.00 per person) + utilities per month (usually around $30 depending on AC usage). We have a cleaner available for an extra $10/month and internet is available for $15. Short-term roommates welcome.
