Furnished Flat for Sublet

From mid April I have a one bedroom flat is available to sublet. The house is on St.830, just off Sothearos Blvd. It is part of a larger building with lovely neighbors upstairs and very safe. We have a little garden area in front of the apartment, wireless, it is furnished with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, living room etc.
The rent is $280 a month inc the very kind and helpful house cleaner.

I'm German, moving to Phnome Penh on the 24th, starting an internship at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. I will be there for about 4 months. The office is in National Road 4, Chaom Chau Commune, Dangkao District, Phnom Penh P.O. BOX 71. I am having a bit of trouble finding the address on google maps so I have no clue if thats close to your flat or not. let me know...

the ECCC is actually about 30 minutes out of town east of the airport so that is probably why you have had trouble locating it on a map.
you should just consider where in PP you want to live ie riverside, BKK1 or tuol sleng etc. and not worry too much about proximity to the ECCC as most of these locations are about 30 minutes (give or take 5 minutes) away from the court via one of the many free shuttle buses.
