I've been looking for an apartment for a while and saw one that would be good for those on a budget. I didn't take it but thought it would be could for others.

It's empty at the moment but basic furniture can be arranged (fridge.TV,AC not included), fairly separate entrance, family below want to sublet the top floor (E1), they are a nice young couple that have family in France and the US, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, secured space to park moto, they can provide cleaning service and laundry on option.

Rent is $160!
