Unexpectedly, I'll be relocating at the end of the month. Which is a shame, because my current pad is both beautiful and reasonable. Spacious with enormous windows, it's a stylish one bedroom, furnished, in the heart of the Riverside district. I've three months remaining on the lease and I'm sure the landlord wouldn't mind if you chose to renew.

The rent is $400 and my utilities haven't been more than $35 including electricity, water and waste management. Cable is free. And the furnishings include a washing machine and brand new microwave. If interested, shoot me an email for photos.
