I have a great apartment in the BKK1 district of Phnom Penh, and I am looking for a short-term room-mate to eventually sublease my apartment to while I travel out of the country for several weeks. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which I am looking to rent, and fantastic views over the city, it is on the sixth floor of an apartment complex located right near independence monument. The place is fully furnished and comes with high speed internet access, full tv cable, a cleaner that comes twice a week, air conditioning, and separate bathroom with shower that would be available exclusively for the person responding to this ad.
The cost for everything is $350 USD a month.
