Me and my housemates will be leaving Phnom Penh in June and July and would like to sublet our spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located on street 63, right in the heart of BKK1, and has a big balcony, nice Western-style kitchen and living room, cable TV, DVD player and washing machine. Walking distance to Lucky supermarket and street 278, where you'll find lots of nice bars and restaurants.
Each room has its own bathroom, aircon and a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and wardrobes.
Rent is $250 per room for 1 month and includes all bills, wireless internet, water, rubbish collection, 24hr security and an amazing cleaner who comes 3 times per week. Electricity is separate.

How long can we join the Calmette hospital on foot from your apartment ?
