Approximatively 7 to 10 minutes from the riverside and 4 minutes from Monivong Blvd (Calmette hospital, Railway station, Canadia & Vattanak towers), 2 bedrooms apartment for rent #2 street 562, on 1st floor, next to mine (yes, I'm the neighbour and I don't play music at night).

The rent is $350/month (6 months minimum lease - 1 month deposit) including water, garbage, cable TV and high-speed Internet connection. Electricity is 1000 riel/KwH. The area is very safe, the dead end street is very quiet. #2 is at the very end of the street. Nice view, secured balconies, pets allowed, motorbike space, birds singing at dawn, frogs sometimes singing at night... and rare night silence in Phnom Penh!

The landlords speak very good English, they are really part of the nicest people you will ever meet in Cambodia: honest, generous and always willing to help. The previous lessee unfortunately had a motorbike accident and went to Europe for surgery, they took care of him like a son.

The street is 2 minutes from Tuol Kork market, 5 minutes from TK Avenue (brand new mall with all kind of shops). No agressive Tuk-Tuk drivers nor drunk motodops nearby, but you can find them easily when you need them.
