Anyone in here looking for a roommate? (February to April)

Hi all!
My name is Michael. I am studying development studies in Bonn/Germany and I will spend seven weeks (15. of February to 3. of April) in Phnom Penh to complete the field work for my final paper (the so called "Diplomarbeit").
This is why I am looking for an apartment or a shared flat (I would love to have some people to hang with in the evening/on the weekend). It shouldn't be more than 100-150$ per month since I have to pay all my expenses on my own (Interpreters seem to be fairly expensive in PP 
).
The location should be at least in an area what could be called somewhat central. I already lived in PP for some weeks in Fall 2010 so I will be able to tell if the location might work or not.
In terms of requirements for the flat/room I only need a safe, clean place with a fan, a shower/toilet, and stable electricity. Things like air con, a balcony, a fridge and so on are nice (and appreciated) but not necessarily needed. What I'd really welcome is one or several nice flat mates (age, gender and other stupid criteria to dismiss people despite not knowing them are of no importance to me).
Since it is still nice to share some interests and to know each other: --> I am 26 year old guy and I like: getting to know people, music, football (the european version), literature and stuff like sitting on balconies drinking beer and talking about everything from the most immature stuff you can imagine to the meaning of life or whatever is on the plate.
What I don't like are people who do believe they know everything.
I am experienced when it comes down to living in shared flats and I (as mentioned before) somewhat know Phnom Penh from a short term internship in fall 2010.

My name is Griet, I am studying at the teacher training in Gent (Belgium).
In two weeks I leave to Cambodia to have my internship over there (for 4 months: 30 of January till 15 of May). And I'm also looking for an appartment or a shared flat.
And ... some people to hang with.
Maybe we can meet over there and if I had find already an appartment or something, we can share it?
I would like to find an appartment around the independence monument, because it's close to my working place.
Some more about my self. I'm 22 years old and I love sports. I like to have people around me and talks a lot. It's my first 'big' trip and I'm really excited.
