This house is an incredibly good deal, great for a family or people who want to share housing. The house has a large family room and Western-style kitchen, complete with a brand new stove with an oven. The rooms are cool and quiet. Each has an en-suite bathroom (with hot water), air conditioner and fan. One of the rooms has a bathtub, which can be hard to find here!

The street is safe and there isn't much traffic at night. It is next to and across from a children's school. It's close proximity to Russian Market makes it possible to walk (6 minutes) and grab fruits and veggies. Small corner markets are open late in case you get a midnight fix for snacks.

The house is three levels with a large rooftop and private balcony with lots of plants. We have already installed a washing machine, filtered water, wireless internet and we have security and a cleaner. We would be happy to change these over to you to save you time. There is a garage for folks with a vehicle.

The landlords have been great. They have taken good care of us and help with anything we need. They negotiate on behalf of us to ensure we were paying local prices on electricity and other items we've purchased. They even found us a moto and have helped locate other items at good prices. They own a shop nearby and can be at the house in minutes for any questions.
