A decent size townhouse will be available in the next 3-4 weeks and I'd like to help the landlords find a new tenant as they are extremely nice and helpful.

It is 5br and 5 bathrooms although not all are ensuite, 1 br is extremely large with double height ceiling, the rest are a bit smaller but not too bad. It is mostly furnished but could do with some upgrades/replacements, I'm sure the landlords would be happy to discuss this, they are very quick about replacing things.

It has a decent kitchen with oven and microwave, washer and dryer, a huge roof terrace and some smaller balconies.

All in all it's a nice house with the potential to be a great house and it is extremely good value for the size and location (a very nice small street near sihanouk, olympic stadium and orussei mkt). We have been living in it as a share house with 3-5 people at any given time, it is ideal for this or would be great for a small family. Rent is $600/ month for the whole house plus water, electric and any other extras (internet, cleaning lady, etc...)
