Ok i've been in Cambodia for 4 months now and I've been looking for a very specific type of property. I now believe I have found this. I am now looking for some creative flatmates with a little vision to share the property with.

The property has 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms is over 3 floors with the 3rd floor being a secluded roof top terrace area, great for BBQ's, or general chilling out. The property was previously a restaurant, so the ground floor area is absolutely huge and could be used in many different ways, the area is enclosed inside with aircon. Secure parking for motobikes or cars.

(The use of this could either a coffee shop / art gallery, private language tuition, yoga, studio, martial arts, used for exhibitions / events or pretty much anything else). I would personally like to hold a few photography galleries to help raise awareness of some of the issues here in Phnom Penh, also with ties into and supporting the local community.

There is so much potential that pretty much anything can be done here (If the area can be used to make money then the cost of living would be reduced for all tenants).

Towards the back of the property is a large shared kitchen area. Four of the bedrooms have their own toilet and shower, with the down stairs bedroom having a bathroom. The one room without bathroom is big enough to be used as a shared lounge area.

The property will be fully furnished, re-decorated and cleaned by the owners, any furniture can be discussed as the owners have a lot in storage.

Electricity is very cheap per Kw and has been organized by the owners in advance.
Water charge is shared between all.

I have negotiated the entire property down from $1000 to $800 per month.
For 4 people sharing with a spare room or shared lounge thats $200 per month each.

Great location, nice and quiet yet close to every thing, only 2 streets down from Okay guest house and very close to riverside.
