I will be going out of town from July 7 to August 6th. If you are interested in subletting my large room in a beautiful Brocon western style apartment please email me. You will share a bathroom, but you have your own room, their is a huge balcony, and huge living room and kitchen. It is perfect if you are only here for the month or if you are looking for a place to live fulltime and need a place to crash while looking. The price is $250... But this does not include electricity or high speed internet. There is high speed internet and that will cost about 35 dollars for the month, while electricity should cost about 50 dollars for the month, still it is a great place, a good bargain, for such luxury.
