we have 2 suite rooms available from 1st May. Ours is a 5 bedroom/6bathroom house, on a quiet street, with lots of little shops nearby,with a few mototuts always about.

The interior has a modern western design ,with large windows , big living room, dining room,laundry room, and a well equipped kitchen. Each room is fully furnished with its own hot-water bathroom ,a new 1hp air conditioner , study table and a TV.

The house has a beautiful terrace, a large attic, and has lots of potted plants in the driveway.

We have a maid who comes everyday, security at night and lots of parking space.

We are located a few minutes from the Russian market and Monivong Blvd.
At present we only have 2 people at home and am looking for a few more. however, we plan to keep the occupancy low.

Rental is Usd 300 per room (inclusive of Internet, laundry, maid services,water, electricity, garbage collection ,and cable TV.)
