we have 2 rooms available in a french-style villa pending the departure of 2 wonderful americans. They leave PP on the 13th April, but starting date for the rooms are flexible as they are willing to stay in a guest house if someone wants to move in urgently.

the house benefits from the following:

tons of space

marble floors (note: this could possibly be a marble effect - i havent inspected closely)

unique architecture: in order to get to one of the en suite bathrooms you have to walk down a corridor which is also a balcony overlooking the kitchen.

big (outside) balcony

lots of rattan

rent is 200 per month for one room which has an ensuite and 150 for the other which is smaller and the bathroom (of which you get sole use) is across the corridor.

both prices are not including bills
