For anybody looking, my mate and I have two rooms available from the 19th of November in a 4 bedroom old French/Khmer style home in Toul Kork.
$112.50 a month plus electric and water ($20ish extra)
Our home is situated in a secure quite street close to amenities and 15mins to riverside.
The house and all bedrooms are fully furnished.including fridge, washing machine and an oven. We have a beautiful large garden surrounding the whole place, a few chooks and a rooftop hang out.
You would be sharing with 2 Easy going and open minded people a 25yo English man and myself a 21yo Australian woman.
