I have two rooms available in my new apartment on St. 226 near Olympic stadium, city mall, and Olympic and Ou Ruessei market.2.5 km from Toul Tom Pong (Russian) Market and Toul Sleng. 3 Km from River side with the royal palace and night life.

the area is very safe, only a few streets back from the main road but still very quiet. the neighbouring buildings are mainly houses with a few shops & restaurants. there is a western style convenience store and three 2500 Riel stores within 2 minutes walk. It is not a popular area for western tourists so the prices are a lot lower.

The apartment includes large lounge, with kitchen and small bathroom (sorry, no hot shower) balcony looking out onto the street and private outdoor roof area for drinks/BBQs etc. There is a variety of food stalls within 90 seconds walk offering rice, noodles, sandwiches and toasties etc. all for under $1.

I am a 22 year old male from England, I work 7 AM until 7 PM, Monday to Friday, as an English teacher in a school near Toul Sleng. I am looking for laid back people/person to stay, male or female, old or young it's no problem. (would prefer longer term)

$60 deposit to be paid before you move in, the 1st months rent is to be paid the day you move in and further rent on the same date every month.

Rent INCLUDES Electric, Water, internet & cable TV (internet & TV coming in about a week)

Big room - $120 p/m

Small room - $80 p/m

Both rooms have a wardrobe, fan, bed and mattress.

This is very cheap for what you get and in a fantastic area
