Unfortunately we will be leaving our beloved apartment on October 1st. It is
situated in art street and is very safe with really lovely neighbours.

It is a 2 story colonial type apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fabulous
western kitchen (with oven) and huge open plan dining and sitting area. Upstairs
has wooden floors throughout, has 2 big bedrooms and a large mezzanine area for
relaxing. It comes fully furnished and is really tastefully decorated. Water and
electricity at local rate which is a bonus. We pay 900 USD rent per calendar
month(a steal for the area and apartment). Room for parking 1 moto/bicycle. Secure car park @ 1 USD per day approx 50 m away.
