Second room: rent is $165, Available starting May 15
- Shared bathroom with female flatmate
- King sized bed
- AC and Fan
- Desk
- Two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers

Deposit is 2 months rent. Utilities (electricity and water) are extra. Cleaning lady is $10 per person/ per month.
