I'm an American graduate student who has been working in PP this summer and have been living in a 3-bedroom, clean and comfortable apartment with two other friends. My one roommate will be leaving mid-August to return back to the States, while my other roommate and I plan to stay in the apartment until November (when the lease ends). The apartment is in the southern outskirts of the city, about a 10-minute escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rent for the apartment is $550 ($183.00 per person) + utilities per month. Each bedroom comes equipped with a double bed and an air con machine, while the living area and sizeable kitchen have overhead fans.
