I have to go back to France for about two months starting from Saturday, March 24, for medical reasons, and I’m looking to sublet my apartment near the old market (psar chas), close to the riverside. 3rd floor, fully furnished, large living room (with sofa/daybed), large bedroom (king size bed and desk), fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, gas, electric oven...), bathroom (hot water) and balcony. Lots of light and air, quiet at night, safe. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Landlord lives next door, speaks English and French, very helpful.

I ask a discounted price of $300/month all inclusive, water, electricity, cleaner once a week, wifi internet (Digi 3Mbps, 7GB of data/month). Available from 24th March to around end of May, shorter period to be discussed.
