I want items whose coating does not start coming off after two weeks like the $10 pan I recently bought at Lucky. I have a pot that lasted two years from Lion at Sorya Mall, but they dont carry non-stick anymore. I think it is not healthy to use cookware that is coming apart, right ?
thanks
try homesmart on Street 214. they are having their 1st birthday sale this weekend - big discounts on lots of items

There is a fancy home appliance shop going out of town on Russian Blvd after the Ministry of Defense of the left hand side. Hard to miss, very chic. They carrry a french brand Tefal, but be prepared to lay out $100+ for a pan. But should work wonders
ps,. I HATE HomeSmart and will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again. Bought a "high end" blender from them, it crapped out after a week and they did everything in their power to not service the machine, or give a replacement or refund. WORST customer service in Cambodia. You will get what you deserve if you buy anything electrical from them....period.
K-Four in Sorya 5th floor carries Tefal Non-Stick frying pan. Price is around 50~70 dollars.
The catering supply places on Mao Tse Tung have loads, decent quality and cheep too.
I bought a pair some time ago and they're in considerably better shape than my Lucky special.
