Real dry cleaning services in Phnom Penh

I see signs advertising dry cleaning around town but I know for a fact these little shops don't have real dry cleaning available. Are there any good shops besides the 5-star hotels that do actual dry cleaning?

maybe these guys... expat owned and operated. they did offer dry cleaning before on st 240.

There is a newish place on St. 360 a couple of blocks west of Monivong called E & E Laundry that has real dry cleaning service, full service type of place.
