just go to the tv/satelite shops around the central market. they sell it. i will give you a tip though. i have two set ups,one at home which i bought from "ly hour",around the market. when i enquired about getting it in kampot,for my bar,at the tv shops around kampot market,i realised i had been properly shafted by "ly hour". so,in pp,i payed 550usd,for the set up,and one years subscription. in kampot i payed 280 for exactly the same thing! so,i would aim at around the 300 mark if you are getting it from the shops around the central market in pp. mine is not hd,so you may pay a bit more for that. to answer the question,their isnt a cambo number for k+. you have to do it through the shop agents,unfortunately. if they are not playing ball for around the 300mark,get down to kampot and buy it.

One TV is on Sihanouk, but Im hearing that there are teething issues and quality isnt what it should be yet.
K+ has an HD package ($500 for the dish and $200pa connection), or non HD ($350 dish and $150 pa connection). True (Thailand) also has a connection but quality isnt great and it's over $1000. Those are starting prices and may be negotiable.
Available at shop on the corner of outer ring of New Market near where buses depart.

the shop you went to next to the bus stops is the one who robbed me. i paid 550. in kampot,it was 280 all in. installation,set up,one years subscription. im quite sure that the place in kampot orders it from pp though. if you can wait until mid october,i will gladly ask the lady in kampot if she can arrange it for you in pp,at the right price. im in the uk until then. bloody thieving sods around that market in pp!
