not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I need a bit of help.
I´m in a situation that I am finding hard to control and need to talk freely with a psychologist or a someone who offers counseling.

Any advise on who I can contact? The only place I know of is Indigo but wondering if there are more options out there. After a quick Google search I found some websites that seem to be out of date and probably non existent by now.
