Actually, I think wearing helmets would confuse people so I am totally against any such law.

Helmets only impair vision when looking in diagonally-positioned rear-view vision mirrors which are placed to resemble dog ears, thus making motorbikes more fashionable.

Also, helmets mess up my hairdo.

I suppose you hairdo is more expensive than messing with your brain. We have only one brain surgery in Phnom Penh and limited capacity.
