Good doctors/hospitals in Phnom Penh that do not cost a lot of money

I just want to know if anyone knows any good doctors/hospitals in Phnom Penh that do not cost a lot of money.
I have a 2 year old daughter with my Cambodian wife who is sick on average 1 to 2 times a month where she is feverish,sore throat and has food come out.I am getting no satisfaction with the doctors/hospitals here though as all seem to charge over 200 dollars per visit.
The sickness usually comes on at night so it is usually hospitals we have to go to and these are even more expensive.Also the doctors in the hospitals are treating everything the same as a business and do not tell you what medicine they are giving you(they mix some medicines together so you don't know what it is) so you will have to come back again the next time.
If anyone has the name of any good doctors/hospitals in Phnom Penh (preferably near Steung Mean Chey/Olympic Stadium as that is where we live) that they have been to can you tell me the name address and phone number?
Also if you could tell if they are open 24 hour because as I mentioned above the sickness is usually at night and also a price you would have paid.
Hopefully someone can help/give advise on the above as it is really frustrating.

Kantha Bopha is good because they have a lot of experience treating sick children. But go after hours to avoid the daily crush. Really, if your kid is really sick that's where I would go regardless of monetary considerations. If it is just the usual URI and accompanying fever you can google symptoms, drugs and dosages (to start treatment early) then check with SOS for around $75 the next day.
Not to get you alarmed... but I think that you should go to the Heart Center behind Calmette Hospital at the end on the left of that road...
It is almost free and they are the specialists for this form of disease which if not treated properly can lead to serious cardiac disorders... and eventually heart surgery.
I know about this because I shot a video on this disease and how the Center were diagnosing it and treating it.
So, my recommendation is for you to go there to have your kid checked... If it is not that disease, then you will feel better and they will give you a treatment for your daughter at minimal cost.
