A few questions.

Firstly, does anyone here have any experience of settling disputes with neighbours following a complaint filed with the Khan (Daun Penh)?

Secondly, does anyone know of any negotiators/mediators (who speak both Khmer and English), who might be able to help us sort things out with the neighbours?   

Also, does anyone have experience of an individual called Peter Sisowath of PSDesign Co, as his name has been suggested for some renovation work in Phnom Penh?
