I mean seriously.....what can I say ? What drugs are the powers that be taking when they make decisions like this ? I hope people power wins and send these to the scrap heap.

Spam. Visual pollution.
I find some are quite amusing. I don't know if it's still there, I never got a photo of it, but just over the japanese bridge there used to be a "use a condom" health billboard; A couple eyeing each other amarously, and between the two up had popped a cartoon condom wearing a grin. Classic.
Drove past these billboards this morning, the Kansai Paint sign was torn right down the centre leaving half the sign hanging off the board to one side. Could this be sabotage?
Unfortunately whilst I would love for it to have been sabotage....I am going to suggest it was probably just a case of the glue not being dry before last night rain storm came through. 
Bugger.
