At this moment The Flicks Community House on Street 95 offers $5 per hour YOGA classes for you to join in, every Wednesday and Friday at 8.00am.

Classes will take place in our air conditioned room (mats provided) by the best yoga teacher in town: Oskar Nery. Oskar’s teaching and knowledge of the body are derived from over 25 years of personal practice, teacher training in England and India, extensive study of anatomy and physiology and years of practicing a variety of therapeutic massage,massage for sports injuries.
