Every weekday and Saturdays The Flicks 1 Community Movie House offers YOGA and PILATES classes with the following schedule:

MONDAY - YOGA - 8.00am
TUESDAY - PILATES - 12.30pm
WEDNESDAY - YOGA - 8.00am
THURSDAY - PILATES - 12.30pm
FRIDAY - YOGA - 8.00am
SATURDAY - YOGA - 10.00am

Classes take one hour and take place in an nicely air conditioned room.
Free bottle of water and floor mats are provided. Shower available.

Costs are $7 per class, but if you prepay more classes for this month, you'll pay only $5 per class.
