You have to be in the mood to watch a war movie, certainly with In The Land of Blood and Honey. That’s different with Special Forces, a drama that tells the – based on the true experiences of the French Special Forces – story of a French journalist that gets kidnapped by the Taliban. And then the Special Forces move in as the brave heroes that will make it all good. And they will surprise you with what you normally don’t get to see. The acting is truly excellent and the film just keeps you hooked till the very last minute.

In the end it is a movie about the human relationships during the war, about friendship and solidarity, about fighting for survival, about trust and hope.
