Internet in Siem Reap is fast, cheep and widely available at Internet shops and cafes all over town. Prices average about $1.00/hour, though it can be more expensive at the high end hotels. Many hotels and guesthouses have internet available and some now offer in-room WiFi access. Several restaurants and bars in town also offer WiFi internet access.

When dialing domestically, it is necessary to dial the entire number including the '0' at the beginning. When dialing internationally to Cambodia, use the country code but exclude the '0' (855-63-000000). When making an international call from Cambodia, precede the phone number with '007' or '001'.
