Hariharalaya is a centre for natural living. A place to come into your natural rhythm and manifest your full potential. By using the wisdom of nature and our own bodies, minds and hearts we connect with our center and the center in All. We strongly believe in integrated wholeness through diet, exercise, yoga, meditation, creativity, nature, self-awareness and detoxification.
We are a place where people can come to step out of their daily routines and environments and take time out for themselves, away from the distractions of modern living and supported by a staff and community of healers and yogis. We also offer organized retreats that last anywhere from 3 – 14 days, for example a 7 day Yoga and Khmer Cooking Retreat.
