Pair-oriented kickboxing training. All levels of ability welcome, $5 per person. Currently training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6.30-7.30pm, all gloves and pads supplied, along with air-con and soundsystem (BYO iPod, we might play it). Sparring or contact training is available on request; if something doesn't feel right, don't do it!

What to bring? Shorts, t-shirt, a big bottle of water, and a sense of humour.
