Cambodia Ballers beat Ho Chi minh City in Game two.

Cambodia shrugged off their defeat of Friday Night to bounce back with a victory over the Ho chi minh City Basketball team in the Second Game of the 2-Game Friendly match on Saturday Night finishing 95-81.

The Ho chi minh side who won game one 77-74 started Game two with much confidence were shocked as the host stunned them winning the first quarter with a 20 point lead. The Foreign based trio inspired Cambodians on with Sop Ouen and Home boy Ratanak the tormentor in chief. The visitors fought back in the second quarter to reduce the tally and left Cambodia to take a 4 point lead into the third Quarter. With Scores at 54-50, The Coach Austin Koledoye led Cambodia team got off the third Quarter in fine form as the Trio of Pek Mith, Sop Ouen and Thach Boroth combined well with Home boy Ratanak to see off the ravaging visitors from Vietnam 74-57 in the third Quarter.

As was in the first game, Cambodia went to sleep again in the Fourth quarter allowing the Visitors to close up the gap and it took the intervention of Coach Austin who called a time out and made some substitution which paid off for the Hosts as they went on to finish the game 95-81.

"It was an improved performance, The boys played well and we can see they are beginning to understand themselves" Coach Austin stated moments after the epic encounter.

Asked who his best player was on the night, the Nigeria gaffer declined to mention any particular player instead heaped praises on both the foreign and local players.

" The team as a whole did well, it was a team performance, the local players and foreign players were all impressive and are begining to understand each other, by the time we go to china and spend time together again, we will get better" Coach Austin Enthused.

" I am soo proud of my team, we had to come back to win this game after yesterday's lose and hope to get better as we understand each other more" Says Swedish import Bi Thach who made a dunk reminiscence of Lebron James!!!!!

Cambodia will now head to China on Sunday Afternoon to compete in the China Asean basketball invitational Tournament from 25-30th October 2011.
